On my Direct tv satellite TV, there is a channel called GAC which stands for Great American Country. I can’t get enough of this channel. They play a lot of country music videos. If you switch over to this channel and it isn’t a music video it will be a show about a country music artist.
Whenever someone first starts to get famous in country music, they always do a show about them. It is usually called introducing and then the name of the artist. These are great 30 minute shows that let you get to know all about them. It is a great show and always interesting. They even replay old reruns once in awhile if you missed one of them.
Another one of my favorite shows on this channel is called Backstory. It always someone who is famous such as Blake Shelton or Trace Adkins. You get to learn all about them from when they were born and on up. I have learned so much interesting stuff about people that I would have never known without this show.
The best thing is all the music videos. They have a top 20 countdown each week and various other shows with just videos. Country music is so heartfelt that the videos they come up with are usually amazing!
