No matter what your business type – whether you sell a product or service, as the proverb says, “if you’re planning, you really have condemned the plan to failure.”
Creating a strategy can mean the difference between you working 60 to 80 hours per week throughout the year – and then breaking, or worse, losing money.

On the other hand, many successful entrepreneurs, with less working hours and make piles of money strategies – and they attribute their success is usually a strategic plan and follow it.
So what is strategic management? Quite simply, it is the process of defining goals and objectives for your business, create an action plan so that you can reach them and then follow the plan.

How do you create a strategic plan for your company?

1st First, know what your vision for your business. If there are no barriers, nothing stopping you bring your business as much as you can look like – what is?
2nd Also, with the core values of your company are involved? What principles guide? In other words, why are you in business and how you do business?
3rd Now make a 3-5 year plans. will get to your long-term plans, the major objectives to help you where you are now, wherever you want based.
4th Devise a plan for this year. This is a goal to reach you plan this year, that brings you closer to your long-term goals. Remember “smart” if your annual goals (specific, measurable, specific, realistic time-oriented). Include a list of barriers that prevent you from where ever you want to go. Find out what resources you already have, and what resources you need to get you past the obstacles. And then create a clear plan of action describes how to achieve your goals. Involve key employees in this part of the planning process.
5th Create a series of milestones or benchmarks. This is very important, so you can measure your progress.
6th Share your plans with your employees, and who are involved in the process. Your annual strategy is a roadmap to ensure that all lands on the same objective – but to be effective, everyone must have the same card!
7th Put the plan into action. Now that you have a timetable, it is time to begin the journey.
8th Check your progress. Like any journey, you must check the card again and again to make sure that you are still on track. If something does not work, the sooner you find out, and make the necessary adjustments, the faster you get back on track.
9th Follow the same cycle next year. (Dream, Plan, Act, Check).

Creating and following a business strategy will ensure that you enjoy the journey as much as the arrival destination.
